Qualifying Event: Wednesday 29th July 2009
Having tested many famous names in golf, The Dukes Course is still the course most people associate with when they think of Woburn.
The Duke's Course was the scene of the British Masters for twenty years as well as other top men's and women's professional events.
Designed by Charles Lawrie in 1974, this woodland wonder is one course British golfers hold dear to their hearts. A layout fit for any championship and any handicap.
The fairways of the 6,976 yard Duke's Course are lined with mature pine trees, silver birch, chestnut and magnificent banks of rhododendron bushes.
It intended that this qualifying event will be exclusive to the travel industry, thereby offering the opportunity to network with other businesses in the travel sector and exchange business ideas. For more information please contact International Sports Management on 01565 832100.
The Financial Times Business Championship visited Woburn Golf Club's Dukes Course this week for the 10th qualifying event of the 2009 championship.
Having tested many famous names in golf whilst hosting the British Masters, the Dukes Course was in fantastic condition for the event.
